Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights (Remote) to lead the technology ecosystem for People and Community, including Workday, workforce analytics, and employee listening tools. You will shape the multi-year strategy, governance, budgets, and cross-functional partnerships to deliver secure, compliant, and high-value HR solutions.

You will guide a team of HR systems and analytics professionals, drive executive reporting, and advance self-service analytics

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience.
• 3+ years leading teams, enterprise-wide programs, or large cross-functional initiatives.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise: Workday configuration, security, testing, and support.
• HR data, reporting, analytics: governance, dashboards, data quality.
• System implementation and enhancement across modules and processes.
• Compliance, controls, and security in HR systems.
• Project, program, change management in enterprise projects.
• Cross-functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, finance, security and vendors.
• Core HR knowledge: org structures, compensation, benefits, recruiting, lifecycle events.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year technology strategy for the People division and roadmap.
• Govern HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgets, renewals, and partner relationships.
• Represent People in enterprise tech, data, AI, security discussions.
• Lead HR systems analytics team and foster development opportunities.
• Own technology intake and prioritization balancing value and risk.
• Own internal controls and evidence for audits.
• Protect employee data and responsible AI decisions.
• Improve platform reliability, adoption, and self-service.
