Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to lead the People & Community technology ecosystem, workforce analytics, and employee listening platforms. You will shape the HR tech roadmap, govern configurations and security, and partner with IT, Finance, and Legal to align investment decisions with enterprise strategy.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong Workday expertise, and a track record of leading cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

Hands-on HRIS experience with HR systems, especially Workday.
Strong data governance, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
Experience leading HR system implementations, upgrades, and optimization.

Responsibilities

Set and execute multi-year division technology strategy and roadmap.
Lead governance for HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendors.
Oversee HR technology budgeting, contracts, and partner relationships.
Represent People & Community in enterprise technology and AI discussions.
Lead HR systems and analytics team and develop talent.
