Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group seeks a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to lead the division's technology ecosystem, analytics, and employee listening platforms. You will shape strategy, governance, and partnerships across People & Community, IT, Finance, Legal, and Risk.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong Workday expertise, and a focus on data governance, security, and responsible AI practices. This is a remote-friendly, national-role with enterprise impact.

Qualifications

10+ years of related work experience with 3+ years in leadership roles.
Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday and integrations.
Experience in HR data governance, reporting, and analytics.
Experience leading HR system implementations and enhancements.
Knowledge of compliance, controls, and security in HR systems.
Strong project, program and change management skills.
Cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, finance, security, and vendors.
Deep understanding of core HR processes and lifecycle data.

Responsibilities

Set multi-year technology strategy and roadmap for People Systems & Workforce Insights.
Govern HR systems configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners.
Represent People & Community in enterprise technology, data, and AI discussions.
Lead HR systems and analytics team; develop capability and succession.
Own technology intake, prioritization, and internal controls.
Ensure audits, regulatory evidence, and data protections are maintained.
Improve platform reliability, adoption, and self-service for employees/managers.
