Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to lead the division's technology ecosystem, analytics, and employee listening platforms. You will shape the long-term HR tech roadmap, govern systems, and guide cross-functional decisions impacting workforce data and AI practices.

The role requires 10+ years of related experience, deep Workday knowledge, and strong leadership across large programs.

Qualifications

Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday configuration, security, testing, and support.
Experience with HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
Experience leading enterprise HR system implementations, upgrades, releases, and optimization.
Proficiency in ensuring compliance, controls, and security within HR systems.
Proven ability to partner with HR, IT, finance, security, compliance, and vendors to deliver improvements.
Strong project, program, and change management with stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Set multi-year HR technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
Govern HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners.
Lead HR systems & analytics teams, building capability and equity in development.
Deliver accurate executive workforce reporting and translate findings for senior leadership.
Advance self-service analytics and data literacy across HR partners.
