Job summary

Truist seeks a senior leader to own end-to-end production operations, stability, and resilience for the Enterprise Payments application portfolio. The role drives a high-visibility, 24x7 operation across real-time money movement platforms and SOX-regulated systems, while advancing an automation-first, engineering-aligned model with SRE principles.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in technology operations.
Broad leadership and management experience leading complex technology operations teams.
Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, compliance, and enterprise risk management.
Proven track record in strategic planning, technology governance, and leading large, complex operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple teams to deliver secure, reliable services that support business objectives.
Establish short to midterm operational plans for technology operations and align with enterprise direction.
Translate executives' strategies into clear goals, roadmaps, and delivery expectations for managed teams.
Implement governance, risk management, and compliance practices for the job area.
Drive automation and a modern DevSecOps/SRE operating model to improve resiliency.
