The role emphasizes payments domain knowledge, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to drive execution. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent education and training.
• 10 years of experience in consulting, project management or process improvement roles.
• Advanced understanding of project management frameworks and large-scale initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to align business and technology needs, resources, and policies.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manages intake, planning, readiness, and execution of initiatives.
• Leads cross-functional teams to deliver objectives with clear communications and training plans.
• Maintains project materials and artifacts with traceability and knowledge delivery.
• Identifies opportunities to improve processes based on cost/benefit and regulatory needs.
• Builds stakeholder relationships and secures leadership buy-in for delivery plans.
• Collaborates with payables teams to manage risks on products and services.
• May lead a team or provide day-to-day direction to junior resources.
