Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Strategy Advisor to lead end-to-end engagements, partnering with senior client leaders (CLOs, CHROs) to shape strategy and drive measurable performance outcomes. You will architect solutions, oversee delivery, and shape proposals and pricing models for the Learning Performance & Innovation offering.

You will operate at the most senior levels, fostering trusted relationships and developing the practice, while translating AI-enabled trends into original perspectives

Qualifications

• 8+ years in learning strategy, organizational capability, or talent consulting.
• 3+ years in consulting with end-to-end solution design and pricing.
• 3+ years leading client engagements at senior levels (C-suite).
• 3+ years in Utilities industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning strategy engagements and drive measurable outcomes.
• Operate at senior client levels (CLO/CHRO) and build trusted relationships.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities within accounts; contribute to proposals and pricing.
• Design scalable, deliverable learning strategies with clear business cases.
• Advise on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design to drive business performance.
• Lead capability diagnostics and transformation roadmaps grounded in data.
