• 3+ years in a consulting environment, designing end-to-end solutions.
• 3+ years leading client engagements at senior levels (C-suite).
• 3+ years in the Utilities industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning strategy engagements and drive measurable outcomes for clients.
• Operate at senior client levels, building trusted relationships and shaping strategic agenda.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within accounts, contributing to proposals and pricing.
• Design and architect learning strategy solutions that are scalable and commercially viable.
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design.
• Lead capability diagnostics and develop transformation roadmaps with data and benchmarks.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance, processes, and tech.
• Connect learning strategy to business KPIs and ROI with analytics approaches.
• Shape agentic learning strategies and AI-enabled performance support tools in work processes.
• Drive thought leadership, develop IP, and build go-to-market capabilities in AI-enabled learning.
• Coach and develop managers, raising delivery quality across engagements.
• Represent Accenture at industry forums and client events to build eminence.
