Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior learning strategy advisor to lead end-to-end engagements, set strategic direction, and architect solutions for clients. You will work with C-suite stakeholders to shape proposals, design pricing models, and build a high-performing team capable of delivering impact in AI-enabled learning.

You will ensure delivery excellence, scale reusable IP, and drive thought leadership while staying current on AI disruption in learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in learning strategy or talent advisory.
• Minimum of 3 years in a consulting/professional services environment.
• Minimum of 3 years leading client engagements at senior levels, incl. C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning strategy engagements and oversee delivery quality.
• Build trusted executive relationships with CLOs/CHROs and partners.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within accounts.
