Job summary

Accenture’s Talent Reinvention practice seeks a senior learning strategy advisor to lead end-to-end engagements, setting strategic direction, architecting solutions, and ensuring delivery excellence for senior client stakeholders such as CLOs and CHROs, often alongside Managing Directors. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 3 years in a consulting environment designing end-to-end solutions and pricing models.
• Minimum of 3 years leading client engagements at senior levels, including C-suite management.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the Utilities Industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning strategy engagements, setting strategic direction and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Operate at senior client levels (CLO, CHRO, SVP Talent) alongside Managing Directors, shaping strategic agenda.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities, contributing to proposals and pricing models.
• Design and architect learning strategy solutions that are scalable and business-ready.
• Advise on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design to drive business performance.
• Lead capability diagnostics and transformation roadmaps grounded in data and context.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance, roles, and processes.
• Connect learning strategy to business outcomes with KPIs and analytics approaches.
• Shape and deliver agentic learning strategies embedding AI-powered tools in workflows.
• Drive thought leadership, build IP/frameworks, and shape Accenture's go-to-market capabilities.
• Coach and develop Manager-level practitioners and nurture a high-performance team culture.
• Represent Accenture at industry forums and client events to build eminence in learning advisory.
