Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 3 years in a consulting or professional services environment with end-to-end solution design.
• Experience leading client engagements at senior levels, including C-suite advisory.
• Experience in the Utilities Industry is noted.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning strategy engagements, setting strategic direction and overseeing delivery quality.
• Operate at senior client levels (CLO, CHRO, SVP Talent) alongside Managing Directors.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within accounts, contributing to proposals and pricing.
• Design and architect learning strategy solutions that are scalable and offer clear business cases.
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design.
• Lead capability diagnostics and priority transformation roadmaps.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance, roles, processes, and technology.
• Connect learning strategy to business performance with measurable ROI and analytics.
• Shape and deliver agentic learning strategies embedding AI-powered tools into work.
• Drive thought leadership, develop original IP, and shape go-to-market capabilities.
• Coach and develop Manager-level practitioners and build a strong team culture.
