Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Strategy Advisor to lead end-to-end engagements with senior client leaders, shaping strategy and operating models for AI-enabled learning. You will drive proposals, pricing, and go-to-market efforts while developing talent and building the practice with new IP.

You will operate at the CLO/CHRO level, partnering across teams to deliver measurable outcomes and grow Accenture's Learning Performance & Innovation offering.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment, with ability to design end-to-end solutions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading client engagements at senior levels, including C-suite stakeholders.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Utilities Industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning strategy engagements and drive measurable client outcomes.
• Operate at senior client levels alongside executives, shaping strategic agendas and partnerships.
• Identify new commercial opportunities, contribute to proposals, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
• Design learning strategies that are scalable, with clear business cases.
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating models.
• Lead capability diagnostics and transformation roadmaps grounded in data.
• Design AI-enabled operating models spanning governance, processes, and tech.
• Define measurement frameworks and analytics to show ROI.
• Shape agentic learning strategies embedding AI-powered tools.
• Drive thought leadership, develop IP, and build capability in the practice.
• Coach and develop Manager-level practitioners and maintain delivery quality.
• Represent Accenture at industry forums and client events to build eminence.
