Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Strategy Advisor who can lead end-to-end engagements, setting strategic direction and architecture. You will work with senior executives to shape proposals, pricing, and go-to-market plans for the Learning Performance & Innovation offering, while developing IP and capabilities that keep Accenture competitive in AI-driven learning.

You will design AI-enabled operating models, connect learning strategy to business outcomes, and coach managers to elevate delivery

Qualifications

• 8+ years in learning strategy or talent consulting.
• 3+ years in consulting or professional services.
• 3+ years leading client engagements at senior levels (CLO/CHRO).
• 3+ years in Utilities industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning strategy engagements with measurable outcomes.
• Operate at senior client levels and shape strategic agendas.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within accounts, including proposals and pricing models.
• Design and architect learning strategy solutions that are scalable and viable.
• Advise clients on learning strategy and operating models to drive business performance.
