Job summary

Accenture’s Learning Strategy team seeks a senior advisor who combines deep consulting expertise with senior presence and commercial instincts. You will lead end-to-end engagements, architect solutions, and ensure delivery excellence across teams, often partnering with CLOs, CHROs, or SVPs to shape proposals and pricing models.

You will develop AI-enabled learning strategies, coach managers, and help grow the practice by creating reusable IP and advancing go-to-market capabilities as AI reshapes

Qualifications

• 8+ years in learning strategy or talent consulting
• 3+ years in consulting with end-to-end solutions
• 3+ years leading senior-level client engagements
• 3+ years in Utilities Industry

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning strategy engagements and measure outcomes
• Operate at senior client levels (CLO, CHRO, SVP Talent) with MDs
• Identify new commercial opportunities and contribute to proposals and pricing
• Design and architect scalable, business-driven learning programs
• Coach and develop Managers and Consultants
