Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Lead, Workforce Intelligence to drive enterprise-level workforce insights and strategic storytelling for our most senior stakeholders. In this high-visibility role, you’ll partner directly with the Employee Success (ES) COO and Chief People Officer—and other senior leaders across ESLT—to shape how the enterprise understands and acts on workforce data.

Qualifications

• Board decks, QBRs, and executive leadership briefings experience.
• Strong consulting skills with ambiguity navigation and stakeholder management.
• Experience presenting to senior executives or boards.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization (Tableau).
• Experience leading advanced analytics projects and applying AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of board decks, QBRs, and ad hoc reporting for executive leadership.
• Identify proactive, forward-looking insights for leadership teams.
• Partner with ES COO and Chief People Officer to translate priorities into analytics agenda.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and enterprise consulting teams.
• Synthesize data, context, and benchmarks into compelling narratives for decision-making.
• Guide technical approaches for data pulls, modeling, and visualization.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and balancing board cadence with ad hoc asks.
• Contribute to the workforce intelligence practice with standards and repeatable reporting.
