Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Lead, Workforce Intelligence to drive enterprise-level workforce insights and strategic storytelling for our most senior stakeholders.

In this high-visibility role, you'll partner directly with the Employee Success (ES) COO and Chief People Officer - and other senior leaders across the Employee Success Leadership Team (ESLT) - to shape how the enterprise understands and acts on workforce data.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in people analytics, workforce planning, or management consulting with executive-facing experience.
• Experience delivering board-level reporting (board decks, QBRs, exec briefings).
• Strong consulting skills to navigate ambiguity and align analytics with priorities.
• Expertise in SQL and data visualization (Tableau).
• Experience organizing data from multiple sources with high accuracy.
• Experience leading advanced analytics projects; ML methods are a plus.
• Master's or advanced degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise insights delivery for ES leadership, including board decks and QBRs.
• Identify proactive insights for the ES Leadership Team.
• Serve as trusted advisor to the ES COO and Chief People Officer.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and enterprise teams to prioritize analyses.
• Synthesize data and benchmarks into decision-ready narratives.
• Provide technical oversight from data pulls to visualization.
• Manage incoming requests and timelines without sacrificing quality.
• Contribute to the maturity of Workforce Intelligence reporting practices.
