Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Lead, Workforce Intelligence to drive enterprise-level workforce insights and strategic storytelling for our most senior stakeholders. You will partner directly with the ES COO and Chief People Officer to shape how the enterprise understands and acts on workforce data, leading board-level reporting and high-visibility initiatives.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, or management consulting.
Proven experience presenting to senior executives or boards.
Strong consulting skills and ability to translate priorities into analytics roadmaps.
Experience building board-level or C-suite reporting (board decks, QBRs, exec briefings).
Hands-on familiarity with AI coding/analysis tools and data visualization.

Responsibilities

Own the delivery of board decks, QBRs, and ad hoc reporting for executive leadership.
Identify proactive, forward-looking insights for the ES Leadership Team.
Serve as trusted advisor to the ES COO and Chief People Officer.
Work across HRBP and enterprise consulting teams to prioritize analyses.
Synthesize data, context, and benchmarks into compelling narratives for decision-making.
Guide the technical approach for enterprise analyses, including data modeling and visualization.
