Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Lead, Workforce Intelligence to drive enterprise-level workforce insights and strategic storytelling for senior stakeholders. You will partner with the ES COO and Chief People Officer, leading board-level reporting, QBRs, and ad hoc leadership insights.

The role blends strategic analysis with executive presence, guiding data-driven decisions, and collaborating across HR and enterprise teams to deliver high-impact workforce intelligence across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, or management consulting.
• Proven experience presenting to senior executives or boards.
• Strong consulting skills with ability to navigate ambiguity and manage stakeholders.
• Expertise in coding (SQL) and data visualization (Tableau).
• Experience leading advanced analytics projects; ML methods a plus.
• Advanced degree preferred but not required given equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of board decks, QBRs, and ad hoc reporting for executive leadership.
• Identify proactive, forward-looking insights for the ES Leadership Team.
• Partner with ES COO and Chief People Officer to translate priorities into analytics agenda.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and enterprise teams to align analyses with business needs.
• Synthesize data, context, and benchmarks into compelling stories for decision-making.
• Guide technical approach for analyses from data pulls to visualization for executive use.
• Manage incoming requests from senior leaders and balance multiple timelines.
• Contribute to maturity of the Workforce Intelligence reporting practice with standards.
