Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Lead, Workforce Intelligence to deliver board-ready insights and strategic narratives for the Employee Success organization. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, or management consulting with exposure to senior executives or boards.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of board decks, QBRs, and ad hoc reporting for executive leadership.
• Identify and surface proactive, forward-looking insights for the leadership team.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, translating priorities into an analytics agenda.
• Collaborate with HR and enterprise consulting teams to align analyses with business needs.
• Synthesize workforce data and benchmarks into compelling, decision-ready narratives.
• Guide the technical approach for enterprise analyses from data pulls to visualization.
• Prioritize requests from senior leaders and manage multiple timelines without sacrificing quality.
• Contribute to the maturity of Workforce Intelligence with repeatable reporting standards.
• Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate analysis and reporting workflows.
