In this high-visibility role, you will partner with the ES COO and Chief People Officer to shape how the enterprise understands and acts on workforce data, leading board-level reporting and executive-level briefings. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, or management consulting.
• Experience presenting to senior executives or boards.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of board decks, QBRs, and ad hoc reporting for executive leadership.
• Partner with ES COO and Chief People Officer to translate strategic priorities into an analytics agenda.
• Lead enterprise reporting practice with templates, standards, and repeatable frameworks.
