• Own the delivery of board decks, QBRs, and ad hoc reporting for executive leadership.
• Identify and surface proactive, forward-looking insights for leadership.
• Serve as trusted advisor to the COO and Chief People Officer.
• Collaborate with HRBP and enterprise teams to prioritize analyses.
