Qualifications

• 7+ years in people analytics, workforce planning, or management consulting with executive exposure.
• Proven experience delivering board-level or C-suite reporting and briefings.
• Strong consulting skills, able to translate priorities into analytics roadmap.
• Experience coding and visualizing data across multiple sources with accuracy.
• Hands-on analytics projects; advanced analytics or ML experience is a plus.
• Collaborates with HR partners and enterprise stakeholders in a large org.

Responsibilities

• Own board decks, QBRs, and ad hoc exec reporting translating data into strategic narratives.
• Surface proactive workforce insights for senior leadership.
• Partner with ES COO and Chief People Officer to shape analytics priorities.
• Collaborate with HRBP and enterprise teams to align analyses with business needs.
• Synthesize data, context, and benchmarks into decision-ready stories.
• Guide technical approach from data pulls to visualization for exec use.
• Prioritize requests from senior leaders and manage timelines without sacrificing quality.
• Develop enterprise reporting templates and repeatable frameworks for executives.
