Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL, Oracle and ETL platforms; comfortable with data tooling.
• Practical experience with DataStage and ETL job support.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior level production support for important accounting and fund administration apps.
• Investigate, analyze and resolve complex production incidents across teams.
• Act as SME for application support and guide team members.
• Evaluate tools and processes to improve resilience and efficiency.
• Contribute to strategic planning for production support capabilities.
• Suggest enhancements to scripts and components to improve stability.
