Job summary

Healthfirst in New Jersey seeks a Software Production Support Lead to ensure stability, availability, and performance of our applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate complex issues, support users, and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities include triaging tickets, SQL data queries, root cause analysis, documenting fixes, logging bugs for the dev team, and tracking SLA metrics.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in production support.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SQL experience in a professional setting.
• Minimum 2 years of CI/CD experience using Jenkins, Maven, Git or equivalent toolsets.
• Familiarity with Workato/MuleSoft, ServiceNow, Splunk, and Tableau.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, Lambda).
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and learn quickly.
• Should be able to lead a team independently and mentor team members.
• Experience in supporting Health Insurance products is highly desirable.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Thrilling ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze tickets escalated from program teams and ensure timely resolution.
• Prioritize tickets based on urgency, impact, and relevance and categorize for investigation, guidance, or escalation.
• Use SQL queries to gather data for troubleshooting.
