Job summary

EY is seeking the Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate – 1Badge Operations to lead the physical security program across the firm's real estate portfolio. You will oversee access governance, badge lifecycle, biometric controls, and secure-space administration while coordinating with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience, and Global Security.

The role requires strong leadership, program governance, and a track record in enterprise access systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8+ years in physical security operations.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec).
• Strong badge management and biometric access knowledge.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service delivery standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Manage workload balancing, escalation resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for team members.
