WSP USA is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Facilities Division. The position offers multi-location opportunities including Madison, WI, with remote work possible for the right candidate.

You will oversee data analysis from sites and drawings, lead complex HVAC, piping, and infrastructure design, manage budgets and teams, and ensure regulatory compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and utility piping design.
• Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and codes.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight collecting and analyzing site data, surveys, drawings, and reports for project development.
• Lead complex design, procurement, construction, and operation efforts across buildings and infrastructure.
• Manage budgets, hours, expenses, and subcontractors while ensuring safety and quality.
• Mentor staff and support their professional growth and development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, codes, and QA/QC standards.
