WSP is seeking a Senior Technical Manager, Civil Engineering to join our Facilities team. This role is ideal for a motivated engineer looking to expand their technical expertise, take greater ownership of projects, and contribute to complex, high-performing facility and infrastructure projects across multiple market sectors.

This role is open to the following locations: Boise, ID, Madison, WI, Minneapolis, MN, Houston, TX and Austin, TX.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years of relevant civil engineering experience.

Aufgaben

• Perform site civil design including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management for facility projects.
• Develop design solutions using AutoCAD Civil 3D and terrain modeling tools to support 3D coordination and visualization.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams, clients, and contractors.
• Support permitting and regulatory agency coordination.
• Assist with construction administration and respond to field questions as needed.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to overall project success.
• Apply WSP's quality management processes, including QA/QC reviews.
• Demonstrate sound engineering judgment while adapting and applying engineering principles, codes, and standards.
• Grow toward leading projects with guidance, mentoring, and oversight from senior engineers.
