Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Lead Management Specialist to reimagine how BDRs and AEs are empowered with richer buyer intelligence. You will design a scalable journey operations engine, govern lead routing, and collaborate with Sales, Field Marketing, and Data teams to improve speed and data quality.

You will bridge digital engagement with sales execution, leveraging the company OS to automate queue management, list uploads, and routing while maintaining strict governance

Qualifications

• 7-10 years bridging B2B marketing operations with systems engineering, revenue operations, or MarTech architecture.
• Experience automating MOPs workflows via workflow engines or custom scripts.
• Strong data governance, SLA monitoring, and account-to-lead matching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lead lifecycle, routing algorithms, and queue architecture to ensure quick, accurate delivery.
• Monitor lead-flow integrity across Marketo, Salesforce, LeanData with automated health checks and alerts.
• Refactor legacy batch campaigns into real-time, event-driven routing logic.
• Design extensible routing frameworks for regional teams while enforcing global standards.
• Partner with Data Engineering and BI to optimize schema and identity resolution at the web edge.
• Automate buyer intent telemetry delivery into sales views to accelerate outreach.
