Job summary
SES Constructors LLC is seeking a Lead Estimator for its growing Civil Construction division. The role is remote and requires EST or CST hours with occasional travel. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of heavy civil estimating and a relevant degree, plus experience with self-perform contracting and major federal projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering is required.
- Minimum of 10 years estimating experience in heavy civil construction.
- Experience with self-perform contracting and federal projects preferred.
Responsibilities
- Produce self-perform heavy civil cost estimates from plans and specs.
- Obtain subcontractor and vendor quotes for comprehensive pricing.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with field and office teams to meet submission deadlines.
- Support constructability reviews and alternate approaches.
- Maintain accurate quantity takeoffs and cost data.
