Job summary

Lennar, a leading homebuilder, is seeking a Land Development Manager to lead the division’s land development program in Northern New Jersey. You will direct roadway, utilities, earthwork, and site construction, ensuring schedules, budgets, and permit compliance are met.

Work closely with Area Construction Managers and the Director of Construction to deliver ready-to-build home sites, manage budgets during entitlement, and coordinate with jurisdictional entities for land use rights.

Qualifications

• requires 5+ years of experience in land development.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proficient computer literacy including word-processing, spreadsheets, scheduling and data management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on schedule using construction plans, budgets, environmental studies and permit reports.
• Coordinate land development activities: earthwork, water/sewer, utilities, erosion control and landscaping.
• Develop development budgets during entitlement and value-engineer design aspects.
• Oversee field operations from permit through final certification and community turnover.
