Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Land Development Manager to oversee the Division’s land development program, directing roadway, water/sewer, earthwork, and public utility coordination. You will work with Area Construction Managers to deliver ready-to-build home sites and manage budgets during entitlement.

The role requires 5+ years in land development, a relevant degree if possible, and strong scheduling and coordination skills to ensure projects meet timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or similar preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of land development experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and scheduling software.
• Detail-oriented problem-solver with good driving record.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time using construction schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with Area Construction Managers and Director of Construction.
• Assist development budgets during entitlement and value-engineer design.
• Maintain land use rights and coordinate with jurisdictional entities.
• Oversee field operations including erosion control, utilities, paving, landscaping, and amenities.
• Manage HOA activities and bond maintenance.
