Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Land Development Manager to lead the division’s land development program, directing roadways, utilities, earthwork, and landscaping while ensuring schedule and budget adherence. You will work with Area Construction Managers and the Director of Construction to deliver ready-to-build sites and manage permit processes through turnover.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in construction management or engineering, 5+ years of land development experience, strong planning skills,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or similar program preferred.
• Must be detail oriented and a problem-solver.
• Proficient in planning, budgeting, and coordinating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct land development program including roadway, utilities, earthwork, and landscaping.
• Coordinate with Area Construction Managers and Director of Construction to deliver build-ready sites.
• Develop development budgets during entitlement and value-engineer design aspects.
• Oversee permits, approvals, and compliance from permitting through turnover.
• Manage field operations: erosion control, grading, utilities, paving, sidewalks, landscaping.
• HOA management including quarterly meetings and budget analyses.
• SWPPP management and compliance.
