Job summary

Lennar Lennar Homes LLC is seeking a Land Development Manager to lead the division’s land development program, directing roadway, water/sewer, earthwork, landscape, and utility coordination. You will oversee budgets, schedules, permits, and compliance while working with construction leaders to deliver ready-to-build home sites.

The role requires 5+ years in land development, strong planning and coordination skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in land development.
• Proficiency with construction plans, permits, and development budgets.
• Ability to manage erosion control, utilities, paving, and landscape work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver successful and timely land development for new projects using schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with Area Construction Managers to produce ready-to-build sites.
• Oversee field operations for land development including utilities, grading, and site work.
• Manage HOA processes, bond maintenance, and development approvals.
