Job summary

Lennar is hiring a Land Development Manager to lead the division's land development program, directing roadway, water/sewer, grading, landscaping, and public utility coordination. The role requires coordinating with multiple teams to deliver ready‑to‑build sites on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, entitlements, erosion control, and HOA activities, while ensuring permit compliance and SWPPP adherence across projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or similar program preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of land development experience.
• Computer literacy includes word-processing, spreadsheet analysis, project scheduling and data management software.
• Must be detail-oriented and a problem-solver with a strong driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver completed, ready-to-build home sites.
• Assist in development budgets during entitlement process and value-engineer aspects of design.
• Oversee land development field operations including erosion control, grading, utilities, paving, landscaping, and post construction as-builts.
• Manage HOA activities, quarterly meetings, budget analysis, and improvements to open spaces.
• Coordinate with jurisdictional entities to maintain land use rights and secure permits.
• Ensure SWPPP management and compliance.
• Review project budgets with Director of Development for reconciliation.
