Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Land Development Manager to lead the division's land development program, directing roadway, water/sewer, earthwork, and utilities work with focus on on-time delivery and cost control.

You will coordinate with Area Construction Managers and the Director of Construction to produce ready-to-build sites, assist in entitlements budgeting, and ensure compliance across all stages of development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or similar preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land development.
• Must be detail-oriented and a problem-solver able to deal with complex situations.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record; auto insurance coverage required.
• Regular, in-person attendance at company communities/job sites and offices.

Responsibilities

• Direct the land development program including roadway, utilities, earthwork and landscape.
• Coordinate with Area Construction Managers to deliver ready-to-build sites.
• Assist in development budgets during entitlement and value-engineering of designs.
• Oversee field operations: erosion control, grading, utilities, paving, landscaping and as-builts.
• Manage HOA activities, budget analysis, and common area improvements.
• Ensure SWPPP compliance and collaborate on budget reconciliations with leadership.
