Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Land Development Manager to lead the division’s land development program, directing roadway, water, sewer, earthwork, landscaping, irrigation, and utility coordination. The role ensures timely delivery of new projects using schedules, budgets, permits, and construction plans.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or similar program preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land development.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of the land development program including roadways, utilities, earthwork, and landscaping.
• Collaborate with Area Construction Managers and Director of Construction to deliver ready-to-build home sites.
• Assist in development budgets during entitlements and value-engineer project design.
• Oversee field operations: erosion control, grading, utilities, paving, landscaping, and post-construction as-builts.
