Responsibilities

• Managing Grievance database, tracking grievances, identifying trends and creating reports.
• Using HR/CMS and other systems to support collective bargaining and labor relations tasks.
• Participating in collective bargaining negotiations and drafting proposals for management.
• Researching and reporting on employment issues including AI, transparency, privacy and accountability.
• Handling information requests from unions and serving as Hearing Officer for grievances.
• Liaising with management and labor to resolve disputes and coordinating union leave approvals.
