Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison between Labor Relations and HRBP teams to coordinate labor-related issues.
  • Assist with interpretation and application of collective bargaining agreements and MOUs.
  • Provide labor relations guidance to HR colleagues and campus partners.
  • Support contract administration, bargaining prep, and data gathering for labor trends.
  • Coordinate grievance intake, documentation, timelines, and hearings.
