Qualifications

• Experience interpreting and applying labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to draft responses and convey complex info clearly.
• Ability to work with management on conflict resolution and labor relations strategies.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply state and union agreements; advise managers on labor relations.
• Represent the Lottery in labor-management forums and negotiations; address sensitive issues with tact.
