Job summary

GES - Global Experience Specialists is seeking a Labor Relations Manager to develop, implement, and manage labor relations strategies. The role partners with legal counsel and guides leadership on union-related matters across North America.

You will lead or support collective bargaining, interpret contracts, monitor labor laws, and oversee grievances and investigations. The role requires travel up to 60% and both remote and on-site work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Labor Relations, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree or JD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop & execute labor relations strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Serve as liaison to union partners and lead or support collective bargaining negotiations.
• Interpret contract terms and ensure consistent application.
• Oversee grievance procedures, investigations and arbitrations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local labor laws.
• Provide guidance to managers on labor relations issues.
