Job summary

Qualifications

• Four or more years of professional/administrative experience in program management or analysis.
• At least one year in a supervisory capacity.
• Substitutions allowed with relevant degrees as described.

Responsibilities

• Manage Grievance database, track grievances, identify trends, and report.
• Analyze data for bargaining support using Grievance Database, HR/CMS, Warehouse.
• Participate in collective bargaining negotiations and draft proposals.
• Research and propose policies on employment issues including AI/tech.
• Respond to information requests from unions (150E) with gathered data.
• Serve as Hearing Officer for grievances and issue decisions.
• Meet with management and labor to resolve disputes.
• Convert unit documents for online accessibility.
