Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Labor Compliance Specialist who can drive the labor compliance program across our nationwide projects, with the flexibility to work remotely or from the San Diego, CA office. You will lead audits, monitor evolving labor laws, and partner with Operations and other departments to implement controls.

Qualifications

• Seven years of labor compliance experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws.
• Familiarity with construction contract types and language.
• Ability to interpret Government regulations and apply them to the business.
• Up-to-date on labor compliance industry issues.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Corporate Labor Compliance Program and team.
• Coordinate periodic internal audits of labor compliance procedures.
• Monitor and stay abreast of applicable laws and regulations; share best practices.
• Investigate identified or reported compliance issues with business leadership.
• Participate in external reviews, audits and inquiries with relevant departments.
• Develop and deliver training on labor compliance and industry practices.
