Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Labor Compliance Specialist to lead the labor compliance program across nationwide projects. The role may be remote or based full-time in our San Diego office.

You will coordinate audits, monitor regulatory changes, and guide compliance initiatives with Operations and other departments. Requirements include seven years in labor compliance within construction, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in labor compliance within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of labor law and related regulations.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and language as it relates to labor compliance.
• Ability to interpret government regulations and apply them to the business.
• Stay current on industry issues related to labor compliance.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the labor compliance group and oversee the Corporate Labor Compliance Program.
• Coordinate and perform periodic internal audits of labor compliance procedures.
• Monitor and stay current on applicable laws and regulations affecting labor compliance.
• Identify and share best practices, including software related to labor compliance.
• Investigate compliance issues with leadership and other departments.
• Participate in external reviews, audits, and inquiries.
• Lead training initiatives on labor compliance efforts.
• Attend external training and industry compliance organizations.
