The role involves managing the labor compliance program, audits, and regulatory preparedness, with ongoing training and industry engagement.

Applicants must have seven years of labor compliance experience in construction and strong knowledge of labor laws, with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Seven years of labor compliance experience in construction.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and language relating to labor compliance.
• Ability to interpret government regulations for the company.
• Up-to-date on industry labor compliance issues.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, administer and update the Corporate Labor Compliance Program.
• Coordinate and perform periodic internal audits of labor compliance procedures.
• Monitor applicable laws and share best practices related to labor compliance and software.
• Investigate identified or reported compliance issues with leadership and SI departments.
• Participate in third-party/government reviews, audits, and inquiries.
• Identify and participate in required training on labor compliance.
• Attend external training and engage with industry compliance organizations.
