Qualifications
- Seven years of labor compliance experience in construction.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and update the Corporate Labor Compliance Program.
- Coordinate periodic internal audits of labor compliance procedures.
- Monitor applicable laws and advise on needed policy changes.
- Investigate compliance issues with leadership and SI departments.
- Participate in external reviews, audits, and inquiries.
- Develop and deliver labor compliance training.
- Participate in industry training and compliance organizations.
- Stay informed on current labor compliance trends.
