Responsibilities

• Oversee the labor compliance group and Corporate Labor Compliance Program.
• Coordinate and perform periodic internal audits of labor compliance procedures.
• Monitor applicable laws and regulatory trends related to labor compliance.
• Identify, share best practices and advise on changes to be implemented.
• Investigate identified or reported compliance issues with leadership and departments.
• Participate in external reviews, audits and inquiries with relevant teams.
• Develop and participate in needed labor compliance training.
• Attend external trainings and industry groups to stay informed on labor compliance trends.
