Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Labor Compliance Specialist to lead the labor compliance program across our nationwide projects. The role may be remote or based in-office in San Diego, with interview-stage discussions to confirm location.

Responsibilities include audits, regulatory oversight, and investigations, while collaborating with Operations and other departments to ensure compliance and best practices. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

7+ years in labor compliance within construction.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Familiarity with construction contracts and labor-related language.
Ability to interpret Government and other regulations for the company's business.
Current on industry issues related to labor compliance.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee and administer the Corporate Labor Compliance Program.
Coordinate periodic internal audits of labor compliance procedures.
Monitor applicable laws and share best practices, including software tools.
Investigate identified or reported compliance issues with leadership.
Participate in external reviews, audits, and inquiries.
Develop and deliver labor compliance training; engage in industry organizations.
