Qualifications

• Seven years experience in labor compliance in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of the laws surrounding labor.
• Familiarity with construction industry contract types and language relating to labor compliance.
• Ability to interpret Government and other regulations for applicability to the business.
• Current on industry issues related to labor compliance.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor compliance group and oversee the Corporate Labor Compliance Program.
• Coordinate and perform periodic internal audits of labor compliance procedures.
• Monitor and stay abreast of applicable laws and regulations affecting labor compliance policies.
• Identify and share best control practices and advise on necessary changes.
• Oversee investigations of identified compliance issues with leadership and departments.
• Participate in third party/government reviews, audits and inquiries.
• Identify, develop and participate in training on labor compliance efforts.
• Attend external training and participate in industry compliance organizations.
