SOLV Energy, a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, seeks a Senior Labor Compliance Specialist. The role can be remote or based full-time in our San Diego, CA office.

You will manage the labor compliance program, oversee audits, and ensure adherence to labor laws across projects nationwide. Ideal candidates have seven years of labor compliance experience in construction, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Seven years of labor compliance experience in construction.
• Knowledge of labor laws.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and labor clause language.
• Ability to interpret government regulations for the business.
• Up-to-date on industry labor compliance issues.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Corporate Labor Compliance Program.
• Coordinate periodic internal audits of labor compliance procedures.
• Monitor and interpret laws and regulations affecting labor compliance; advise on changes.
• Investigate reported compliance issues with leadership and other departments.
• Support third-party reviews, audits, and inquiries.
• Develop and participate in training on labor compliance and attend external conferences.
