Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Level 3 IT Infrastructure Engineer in Princeton, IN. You will troubleshoot, administer servers and networks, and provide high-level technical support for complex incidents.

Responsibilities include data center and server management, proactive problem resolution, and close collaboration with Product & Engineering teams. On-call availability and travel to other sites are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, server and network troubleshooting.
• Strong customer-facing communication and incident resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Network (LAN, WAN and Wireless) troubleshooting and admin of Cisco Layer 2 & 3 Routing.
• Data Center (Server Room) Management and hardware troubleshooting.
• Server administration including Windows Server 2016/2012, DHCP, DNS, SCCM and backups.
• On-site support for plant IT systems and incident resolution per SLAs.
